More Tracks/Page

Updated the vow and progress sheets to have 1 more track per half. I removed the form-style list of ranks and replaced them with a fill-in-the-blank version so that they take up less space vertically. This allowed me to fit in 1 more track, saving us all paper in the long run. :)
